Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the ETECH PROQUEST website and any engagement you start with us. By browsing this site or sending an enquiry you accept them, so please read them once properly.

01About these terms

This website is operated by ETECH PROQUEST, a Udyam Registered Micro Enterprise with its office at Second Office, Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Where a written proposal, quotation or agreement between us covers a specific project or training programme, that document takes priority over anything on these pages that conflicts with it.

02Using this website

You may use this site for your own information and to approach us about services. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us false, abusive or harmful material.
  • Interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, or flood it with automated requests.
  • Copy, scrape or mirror the content in bulk, or present our material as your own.
  • Impersonate a person or organisation, or claim an association with us that does not exist.

03Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A piece of work begins only when we both confirm the scope, price and timeline in writing — by email is enough. A quotation we send is valid for 30 days from its date unless it states otherwise, and after that we may revise the price or the schedule.

Descriptions, examples and figures on this website are indicative. They are meant to show the kind of work we do, not to promise a particular result for your case.

04Services, fees and materials

The scope of every engagement is set out in our written proposal: what we deliver, what you provide, and what is excluded. Changes to that scope are handled as a change request and priced separately.

  • Advance payment for a project or programme is non-refundable once work or the session has begun.
  • Components, boards, sensors, software licences, hosting and similar items are billed separately unless included in the quote.
  • Where a component is ordered for you, it is purchased on your account at actual cost.
  • Deliverables are handed over once the balance for that stage is settled.

05What we need from you

  • Accurate details about your requirement, institution, deadline and any budget.
  • Timely approvals, data and access to equipment so the work can move.
  • Only material you have the right to share — no third-party code, documents or designs you are not permitted to use.

06Student and academic project work

For academic work we guide, build and mentor — the submission, write-up and examination remain the student's own responsibility. We do not undertake to produce work for submission as the student's own unaided effort, and we ask that any help you take from us is disclosed wherever your college or university requires it.

We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the marks, grades, placement outcomes or approvals any institution may give.

07Ownership of material

The website text, layout, graphics and the ETech ProQuest logo belong to ETECH PROQUEST or to a licensor. You may print or save pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Anything else needs our written permission.

Ownership of the work we deliver is set in the proposal. Unless it says otherwise, you receive the right to use the delivered code, circuit or documentation for your own project, while we keep our pre-existing tools, templates, libraries and know-how, and the right to reuse general techniques we learned along the way.

With your permission, we may mention a completed engagement — and a short description of it — in our portfolio. Say the word if you would rather not be listed.

08Disclaimers

The website is provided as it is and as it becomes available. We take care with what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, or that access will be uninterrupted. Information on this site is general and is not professional advice; get advice suited to your own situation before acting on it. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly stated here.

09Limitation of liability

Where we are at fault, our liability to you for a claim connected with a service is limited, at our option, to re-performing the affected part of the work or to refunding the fees you paid for that part. Where the claim relates to the website and no fees were paid, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

In no case are we liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost time, lost marks, lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities or reputation — or for anything outside our reasonable control.

11Suspension of access

If we reasonably believe the site is being misused, or an engagement is being run in a way that risks the people involved, we may restrict access or pause the work until the matter is resolved.

12Changes to these terms

We can update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you use the site or start an enquiry. Changes do not retroactively alter an agreement already signed.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to that, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from our services.
