Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ETECH PROQUEST collects when you visit this website or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It applies to etechproquest.lovable.app and to enquiries sent to us by email or phone.

01Who we are

ETECH PROQUEST is a Udyam Registered Micro Enterprise based at Second Office, Katraj, Pune, Maharashtra, India. We provide technology services, technical training and practical engineering solutions.

For anything in this policy, you can reach us by email at etechproquest@gmail.com or by phone at +91 9960084804.

02Information we collect

We only collect what you consciously give us, plus the basic technical data your browser sends to any website.

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and phone number, if you include them in an enquiry.
  • The content of your message, including the topic you select and any project details you describe.
  • Information you send later by email, phone or messaging, such as requirements, documents or college details.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may record standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, device type and the page requested. This is used to keep the site running and to understand rough traffic, not to build a profile about you. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form on the home page does not store your details in a database on this website. When you press Send Enquiry, your own email application opens on your device with the message already written, and the enquiry reaches us as a normal email from you. Nothing is saved by the website itself.

03How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and answer questions about our services.
  • To prepare a proposal, quote, timeline or scope for a project or training programme.
  • To deliver services you have engaged us for, and to keep in touch about them.
  • To keep basic business records, such as a list of enquiries and completed engagements.
  • To improve the website, for example by seeing which sections people actually read.

05Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share it only:

  • With the service providers that host this website and deliver our email.
  • With a university, college, lab or partner you ask us to coordinate with on a project.
  • With professional advisers such as our accountant, or where law or a legal process requires it.

These parties may see only what they need for their role, and are expected to handle it confidentially.

06Cookies and similar technology

This website does not set its own advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Loading the page does request web fonts from Google, which sees your IP address as part of that request. Our Cookie Policy lists every technology used and explains how to control it in your browser.

07How long we keep information

Enquiry emails and related correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain a proper business record — generally up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing engagement or a legal reason. Accounting records are kept for the period Indian law requires. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.

08How we protect information

Access to enquiry email is restricted to the people who need it, devices are protected with passwords and updates, and the website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety — but we keep only the minimum information we need and never ask for passwords, card numbers or banking details through this website.

09Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete information that is no longer needed for the purposes above.
  • Stop contacting you, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Send your request from the email address you used to contact us, and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request. If a request clashes with a legal obligation to keep a record, we will explain why.

10Students and younger visitors

Our training and project guidance is aimed at students, hobbyists and working professionals. Where a participant is under 18, a parent or guardian should contact us and give consent before personal details are shared. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11Other websites

Pages here may link to outside sites, such as a tool, a reference or a partner page. This policy stops at our own pages; those sites have their own practices, which we encourage you to read.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this page as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be noticeable on this page before it takes effect.
